Walkaway Terms of Service

Effective: 2026-11-03.

Walkaway is open-source software (BSD-3-Clause) provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The user runs Walkaway components on the user's own machines and is responsible for:

• every browser action the user approves on the glasses;
• accounts, sessions, and websites the user's companion browser accesses;
• API keys and model usage costs for providers the user configures;
• compliance with the terms of websites the browser agent visits.

Walkaway never executes a proposed browser step without an explicit approval recorded on the glasses Web App. Approval of a step is authorization to perform exactly that one step. The developer is not liable for actions a user approves, for model-provider errors, or for changes third-party websites make to layout or behavior.

Payments: Walkaway does not accept payments and implements no payment tools.
